The video below was recorded in one take.  One of my buddies had his camera and we randomly slapped this together.  The video is really just me sitting on my couch playing the song.

The video below was created for one my friend's film class.  It is a documentary on Abreaction with some live performances and some interview questions.  It runs about 12 and a half minutes.  It's a fairly large file, so make sure you have a fast connection.
